John G. Alston, Jr.
Founder and CEO
 

ClubDrive Systems founder and CEO John G. Alston Jr. is an IT veteran with more than 16 years’ experience in creating and managing business operations.
  
Most recently serving as Chief Information Officer for One Georgia Bank, Alston developed, administered and coordinated the bank’s IT systems. In addition to design, integration and management of the bank’s advanced network, Alston spearheaded a secure access on demand thin client network for bank staff, deployed its Check 21 remote capture program and updated its IT programs for usability, scalability, redundancy and disaster recovery.  The system received the FDIC’s second-highest rating for regulatory compliance for a bank with more than $200 million in assets.
 
Before joining One Georgia Bank in 2006, Alston polished his IT expertise with TabSafe Medical Services Inc. and his own consulting firm specializing in new business start-ups, market development, enterprise network design and integration and e-commerce initiatives. Beyond his extensive knowledge of IT design, management and coordination, Alston possesses well-honed skills in operations management, joint ventures, capital financing, business start-ups, profit and loss management, turnaround operations, strategic negotiations and business development.
 
Alston serves as a trustee for the John N. Goddard Foundation Inc., a post he has held since 1999. He was a director for NetPlanner Systems Inc. from 2000-2003.
 
Alston is a graduate of New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire, receiving a BA degree in Business Administration. He has also received Citrix and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer training.

Nathan S. Kelley, Sr.

Chief Technology Officer

Nathan S. Kelley, Sr. has more than 20 years experience in information technology and engineering.  His expertise includes computer, server, and network configurations, as well as installation and configuration for servers and phone systems.

As a Microsoft Certified Professional, Kelley was previously the Senior Network Engineer for the Teachers’ Retirement System of Georgia (TRSGA).  His responsibilities included maintaining core file servers along with onsite and offsite replication servers.  Kelley also installed, configured, and maintained the Citrix server farm along with the required suite of Citrix products.
 
Before joining TRSGA, Kelley was a Systems Engineer at OBx Solutions and Centrinet.  He also served as a network engineering consultant for ACS, Inc, consultant for ACD Networks and Essential Networks, systems support manager for PearlNet, Director of Information Technology for Richardson Associates-Electronics, and both senior engineering technician and senior electronics technician for Scientific Atlanta.

Kelley’s professional repertoire covers a wide continuum of skills including server and network equipment design, file server support and maintenance, IT staff education, network traffic management, cluster server configurations, and firewall configuration and maintenance.  He also acquired special expertise in servicing customers with mortgage loans and loan programs.

In addition to Citrix systems, he has mastered Microsoft 2003 Server, XP Professional, Exchange Server 2003 and 2007, Symantec Backup Exec, VMWare and RES PowerFuse.

Kelley’s career also includes extensive consulting experience, specifically for OBx Solutions, CentriNet and ACS, Inc., troubleshooting computer systems at all levels, teaching Microsoft Server functions to IT organizations, and designing client/server and VPN networks.  He configures hubs, switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco, Netopia, Hewlett Packard, and Ascend) and works with Mitel, Nortel, and Avaya phone systems.

Kelley is a graduate of Herzing College in Atlanta, Georgia.

  

 

R. Byron Attridge, Jr.

Executive Vice President

 

R. Byron Attridge, Jr. comes to ClubDrive with 9 years of IT solutions experience and over 15 years of sales and operational management experience.  Attridge's core responsibility is the development of ClubDrive's strategic partnerships, execution of a marketing and sales strategy and customer growth.

 

Prior to joining ClubDrive's management team, Attridge served as Client Delivery Director for Nuvo Network Management, a division of Trilogy Enterprises in Austin, Texas where he was charged with transitioning Nuvo's client base to an outsourced operational model.  As well, Attridge recently served 5 years as President of Attridge Ventures, Inc., a privately owned company focused on investment in franchise and real estate opportunities.  In this position, Attridge oversaw all aspects of the business including business acquisition/disposal, finance, operations, and sales.  Prior to Nuvo, Attridge served as Principal Consultant for Concero, Inc. specializing in building and deploying broadband e- business and interactive television solutions for companies throughout the United States. 

 

A graduate of the University of the South and of the Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management, Attridge carries both a Global MBA and a BA in Philosophy and Spanish.  His fluency in Spanish enabled him to work and travel extensively in various parts of Latin America during his early career including a term with Coca-Cola in Mexico.

 

Attridge served as Alumni Board Member and Corporate Alliance Chair to the Thunderbird School of Global Management (2002-2005) and is an active member and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and the St. David's Foundation in Austin.
